1. They Have Discriminating Attitudes.
   They discriminate against members of other religions, which is an abomination before the Lord. It is indeed quite disappointing that in schools, offices, colleges, universities, agencies and at homes, reverend ministers engage in power tussle, family politics and preferential treatments. All these bad behaviours only bind them to the lower regions of the world and make them reincarnate to undergo the cycle of birth, disease, decay and death, until they learn the lessons of life – neutrality, detachment or possessiveness. They are busy disobeying the law of love, thinking that they please God by so doing:
   
   43 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethen only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:43-48 (Luke 6:27,28,32-36)
   
   Every minister must do his work like Jesus, who was busy ministering to all, irrespective of tribe, language, sex, colour or religion. He ministered to the Israelites, Pharisees, Sadducees, Samaritans, Gentiles; e.t.c
   


2. They Dishonour Invitations.
   It is hard to see a catholic priest attending the events of the Anglicans. Likewise, the ministers of the Pentecostals hardly attend ceremonies of the Sabbatharians. And they think this their discriminatory attitude is acceptable before the Almighty.
   


3. They Work For Church, Instead Of Working For God.
   Most of the ministers of comply with the directories of their respective churches, which directives are man-made, to the neglect of what God has said. The worst is that many of them refuse to hear and obey the Holy Spirit. Some even claim that the Holy Spirit does not spea or manifest to people. Nobody can please God without the Holy Spirit, which is the Spirit of Truth and Spirit of Prophecy.
   


4. They Serve members Instead Of Serving God.
   They serve members when they start changing or neglecting what God said, in order to get large membership. They are more interested in numerous members than in doing the right thing. They allow people to wear shoes into holy places, so that the population will be multiply. They encourage people to wear whatever they like, so that their church will be the best in town. Indeed, such ministers make themselves enemies of God, and are busy misleading people. No wonder God says, “If I can get only 100 trustworthy people from the world, it is enough for me.”
   


5. They Honour The Rich To The Neglect Of The Poor and Needy.
   Some receive the rich and wealthy with broad smiles, but the poor and needy ones they scar away with frowns.
   


6. Thee Fail To Distinguish Between Holy And Unholy Things.
   Church members are not taught the laws of holiness. That is why there is a great muddle up of both holy and unholy things, and of saintly and worldly ways of life. Prophet Hosea describes them very well:
   
   Mypeople are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
   Because you have rejected knowledge,
   I also will reject you from being priest for Me;
   Because you have forgotten the law of your God,
   I also will forget your children. Hosea 4:6
   


7. They Compete Among Themselves.
   They compete for members, for money, for wealth and for recognitions, which things have no relevance in heaven. There is no competition in destiny, for each person has been assigned specific roles which are unique. In the heavens, there is no competition; instead, there is co-operation.
   


8. They Neglect Spiritual Science And Practice.
   Nobody can teach about God without first studying spiritual science. God is spirit, and before you can minister to the general public, you should be enlightened and experienced in spiritual science. Today, majority of humanity are standing still without knowing it. They are stagnant and complacent, like a ship full of people set for a long journey but standing still.
   No teacher or lecturer is qualified to teach a subject or course which he has not first studied.
   There is no training in quiet times, meditation, and spirituality. No effort is being made to develop the spiritual talents of church members.
   


9. They Practise Selective Obedience To The Word Of God.
   They choose which portions of the Bible to comply with, and which ones to reject – instead of doing all that God said, as Jesus confirmed during His baptism, “13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. 14 And John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?"
   15 But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.” Matthew 3:13-15 (Mark 1:9-11; Luke 3:21,22; John 1:29-34)
   


10. They Are Full Of Pride and Pomposity.
    Some boast of what they have achieved, how many years they have spent in the ministry, the important places they have been to, the Very Important Personalities (VIPs) they associate with, etc. Some even insist on getting an invitation with a bottle of wine. Otherwise, they would not honour the invitation. Others are more interested in big tiles and appellations. All to their own deceit and detriment.
    


11. They Take Decisions with consulting God.
    This is one area both church and government have failed humanity and disappointed God. They fail to understand that God has a grand master plan for the world, which plan no one can change, upset or delay. This is one reason why there are so many crises in the world, until the society learn to listen to the Holy Spirit and follow the direction of God.
    Learn from Moses, who is the most humble, and from David, the man after God’s heart. Observe the decisions of the modern day churches. They do not tell you how they consulted God in their meetings before taking decisions or before making laws. In the Old Testament time, men of God would readily tell the people how they consulted God before taking decision or action.
    What you hear from them is "Council said...," "Synod said...," and "Meeting said..." They are busy doing what they like, teaching man-made doctrines in place of God's commandments. A true minister of God should say, "God said...," "God told me...," "Thus says the Lord...," "Jesus said...," "The Holy Spirit instructed ...," "I saw an Angel, who told me..."
    


12. They Misappropriate Tithes And Offerings.
    A winner who takes all the benefits to himself is worse than a loser. First, all the tithe belong to God. Then the tithe is for God, the ministers of God, church members and the needy. Search the scriptures for confirmation. One reason why God ordained for harvest and tithe is to provide for the needy. Learn from Pastor T. B. Joshua.
    Many of the ministers sells what belongs to the poor and needy to the rich and wealthy men. Where did they learn harvest and bazaar from? The excess harvest offerings should go to the poor, needy and less privileged ones.
    


13. They Exploit Church Members.
    They persuade people into parting with their money. Some ministers insist that everybody should display his offering by raising it high, whereas Jesus said ‘give in secret.’ They make people do this in order to force people to give more than they would have given by joyful volition.
    
    1 "Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 3 But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 that your charitable deed may be in secret ; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly. Matthew 6:1-4
    


14. They Fail To Give Corrections To The Society, On Noise, Booming Sounds And Bombarding Music.
    They even worsen the situation by using microphone in every activity, even when very few people are participating in religious events. Little or no effort is being made to teach people about silence, quiet times and meditations.
    


15. They Fight Against One Another.
    A family in a compound will invite a pastor to pray for them. After the prayer, another family in the same compound will go and invite different pastor to come and counteract the prayers of the first pastor. Is this not abomination of the worst order? The second pastor will now reverse all the prayers said by the first pastor. Next
    


16. They Hold People Captive,
    by making them ordinary members of their church, instead of making them disciples of the truth.
    


17. They Claim Their Various Churches To Be The Best, Whereas The Best And Greatest Religion Is Truth.
    Unfortunately, most of the ministers do not know the Truth. That is why their teachings are so different; every religion is busy teaching a different beliefs and practices; thereby, creating so much confusion. The confusion is not necessarily because of the different teachings. The confusion is there because ministers instigate their members against people of other religion. This is an abomination, for God gave free will to all and He does not delight in forced worship.
    


18. They Engage In Preferential Treatment.
    When placed in public leadership posistions, they prefer to help their church members to the neglect of members of other churches.
    


19. They Are Deficient In Knowledge.
    Each reads on holy book and then claims to know all. Is this not sheer foolishness? Is it not madness? Even the one holy book is not comprehensive.
    


20. They Do Not Undergone Deliverance Before Ordination.
    They ordain people who are dedicated to shrines and idols; they ordain people who are already possessed by evil spirits, demons, mermaids, ghosts, witches and black energies.
    

As is compulsory, every minister should undergo deliverance before ordination.

And I must warn every minister of God, you must conduct a personal and an independent study about God and life, for most of the mentors only select which portions of the scriptures they teach people. Study all. Be open-minded, and yet careful.
